This session on team dynamics will help identify the necessary understandings if you are going to be successful in building deep and sustainable teams to ensure that you and your organizations not only remain relevant…but even remain! Join us as MGM Resorts International’s Chief Sales Officer walks us through important team structure: The importance of culture, understanding the importance of humility and starting with building the right team members.

About Our Speaker
As Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer for MGM Resorts International, Michael Dominguez’s responsibility is for the global sales of 42,000 hotel rooms, 3 million square feet of meeting space and all sales efforts in both group sales and leisure sales. MGM Resorts is the largest casino hotel company in the world and they have a full convention center at Mandalay Bay in addition to their traditional meeting spaces. They have the opportunity to work with Meeting Planners of all sizes and profiles.

Michael is a past Chair of the MPI International Board of Directors. He serves on the Executive Committee of the US Travel Association and on the Meetings Mean Business Coalition.

Walk-ins and meeting registrations not received by the cancellation deadline, September 11th, will be charged an additional $20 per registration.

**Meeting Attendance Policy: Per MPI Global all Essential Level Members or Non-Members will be limited to attending no more than two events in one fiscal year (July 1-June 30), and must pay the Essential Level/Non-Member Rate. MPI Preferred and Premier Level Members are welcome to attend all chapter events at the Member Rate. This new policy is required for all MPI Chapters.
